  1. Please carefully fill in below form as it will be used to generate your quotation and it will form a part of your agreement for your booking reservation 
  2. After you fill in the form you will receive an e-mail validation your booking submission, you will then wait for the second email which will be an approval email for your booking, once you have received an approval email, Please Note your reservation ID as it must be used when making payment for your booking.
  3. You are then required to make a payment as per your reservation, and ensure payment reference is correct and matches one on your email confirmation.
  4. Once you have made payment, Please send us a proof of payment to bookings@sivandebnb.co.za so we can ensure your room is reserved for the booked date.
  5. Please note that we will not process any booking without receipt of payment either by means of cash or via EFT and POP must reach us as soon as possible to ensure your booking

Free WiFi

We’ll give you a password for wifi on your request to ensure you are able to read your e-mails even when you are away from work or home

Checkin & Checkout

Checkins start at 2PM and ends and 10PM, you ay request to bok earlier or late but this must be communicated with us first for arrangement 

Free Parking

Your Car will be safe while in our place, our B&B is securely locked inside our lockage gate and we’ll provide you with a gate remote on your check-in 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your request only before 7 days of the booked date, you will be refunded in full, but should you cancel within 7 days, you will be charged 60% of booking fee

Bedroom Comforts

We have specially selected bed that is on our rooms for your comfort, all material used and all facilities available are for your own comfort as a guest

House Rules

Treat our rooms as your own, never do anything that will live the room in bad condition then you find it in, should you break anything, you will be charged for it, our rules and regulations are available in all rooms for your perusal
